The role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will learn the full recruitment cycle from day one and quickly take ownership of your own desk. You will:

• Build relationships with clients and candidates in the global finance and fintech market
• Source, headhunt and engage talent through LinkedIn, phone and your own networking
• Win new business and develop long-term client partnerships
• Manage candidates from first conversation through to offer and placement
• Advise clients and candidates on market trends, salary and hiring strategy
• Work towards targets and celebrate wins with the team

What we are looking for

• A degree, or graduating in 2026
• Resilient, competitive and driven by results
• Sporting background is a must – you may have been part of societies/committes or played sport professionally growing up
• A strong communicator, comfortable picking up the phone and building rapport quickly
• Curious about finance, fintech and global markets
• Coachable, with a real appetite to learn and progress
• No recruitment experience needed. A background in sport, hospitality, retail or sales is welcome

• Starting salary £27k
• Up to 55% commission, paid monthly, with no threshold
