Who is Entering into this Agreement
The parties entering into this agreement include the following:
“Agency” – Radley James Holdings Ltd (a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales with registration number 08885451. Registered address: 57a Broadway, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, SS9 1PE, United Kingdom)
And;
“Client” – refers to the Company or Entity who has selected Radley James Services to help assist in the recruitment services we offer.
Or;
“Candidate” – refers to the individual who has selected to use Radley James Services to help assist in the recruitment services we offer.
Intellectual property
You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of us, our affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute the Radley James’s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.

User accounts
As a user of this website, you may be asked to register with us and provide personal data. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this data, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information.

Termination
You may request for your data to be deleted with Radley James at any time by providing 30 days written notice and contacting datacontroller@radleyjames.com.
Please state your name and Data Removal in the email subject. In the email, please confirm you no longer want to be contacted by Radley James and have all personal data removed. This will result in your details being removed from our database as well as any email correspondence and we will no longer be able to provide recruitment services to you. Once all data has been removed, you will receive one final email from us confirming this has been done.
If you have previously worked as a contractor at Radley James and request, you’re your personal data to me removed, we will retain information for as long as we are legally obliged to do so. All other personal information will however be removed from our database.
Limitation of Liability
