Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and enhancement of our web applications.
• Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and an exceptional user experience.
• Act as a player-coach, guiding a team of front-end engineers while also contributing hands-on to the codebase.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain high code quality through code reviews and automated tests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Front End Lead or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in front-end development.
• Expertise in Node.js and React.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
