Your Role

As a key member of our team, you’ll take on a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and applications. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Problem Solving: Take ownership of reported customer issues, investigating and diagnosing problems to find effective solutions.
  • Incident Management: Lead the incident response flow, ensuring that our services remain reliable and efficient.
  • Automation & Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and implement them to streamline processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with different stakeholders to conduct blameless post-mortems and continuously improve our systems.
  • Monitoring & Support: Monitor SLO alerts, manage error budgets, and resolve open support tickets in compliance with SLAs.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who is eager to grow and develop in a challenging yet rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A solid educational background in computer science, IT training, or a similar qualification.
  • Hands-on experience in IT operations or production support.
  • Practical knowledge of Linux platforms.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Proxmox, OpenStack, OpenShift, Artifactory Enterprise, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, Grafana, Prometheus, GitLab, Terraform, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Proficiency in one of the following programming languages: Python, Bash Scripting, Go, or Perl.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work flexibly in a 24×7 support model.
  • Strong communication skills in German (at least B2) and a good command of English.
