Senior Software Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365

We’re hiring an experienced Software Engineer to help build and scale a next-generation customer engagement and CRM platform within a large international financial organisation.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone with a strong C#/.NET background who has developed deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. You’ll work on a major transformation programme involving Dynamics 365 Sales, Azure, automation, APIs and emerging AI technologies.

What you’ll be doing

• Design, develop and enhance solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Build scalable backend services using C# and .NET
• Develop integrations between Dynamics and existing enterprise systems
• Build and maintain APIs, Power Automate flows, ADF pipelines and Azure-based services
• Work across configuration, custom development and platform operations
• Help establish engineering standards and best practices across the CRM environment
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, UX, business analysts and commercial teams
• Contribute to a modern engineering environment incorporating Data, AI and automation

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years’ backend development experience with C#/.NET
• 3+ years’ hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE experience
• Strong experience designing and integrating APIs
• Experience working with relational databases
• Strong knowledge of the Dynamics ecosystem, including Dataverse, Power Automate, plugins and Azure
• Exposure to Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including Git, PRs and code quality
• Professional English communication skills
