Position: Remote Technology Manager

Location: Fully Remote (USA-based candidates preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a remote team of technologists, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies, set objectives, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Utilize your expertise in Python to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of fintech solutions, applications, and systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a technology leadership role, managing remote teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and a deep understanding of its applications within fintech.
• Solid grasp of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
