Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Engineering Manager to lead a critical team within our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of technological innovation, leveraging your expertise in utilizing various tools and according to Software Engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, Java as a chosen language, Test automation practices and AWS) and engineering management to drive impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and implementation of robust, scalable, and high-performance Java-based solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Champion a culture of excellence in software craftsmanship, quality, and reliability.
• Act as a key stakeholder in architectural decisions, technical design reviews, and technology selection processes.
• Partner with product managers to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize processes, tools, and workflows to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software engineering, with a strong emphasis on Java development.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Expertise in software design, architecture, and development principles, with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a commitment to driving results.
